MP Shram Kalyan Shaikshanik Chatravritti Yojana 2024
This scheme has been started by Madhya Pradesh Labor Welfare Board. Through this scheme, scholarship will be provided to the children of those workers/employees who are working in factories or institutions established in Madhya Pradesh under the Madhya Pradesh Labor Welfare Fund Act 1982. Through Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Shaikshanik Chatravriti Yojana, students studying in class 5th to 12th, graduation, post graduation, ITI, Polytechnic, PGDCA, DCA, BE, MBBS will be provided scholarship prescribed by the board for each class. Only two children of a family can get the benefit of this scheme.

Under this scheme, the scholarship amount will be paid in the student’s account through e-payment. This payment will be provided through the Regional Office after the approval of the Welfare Commissioner. If any dispute arises regarding the terms and conditions of the scholarship scheme, the decision of the Welfare Commissioner will be considered final.

The main objective of the Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Shaikshanik Chatravritti Yojana is to provide scholarships to the children of workers to get education. Through this scheme, scholarship will be provided from the fifth standard to the higher level of education. Now the students of the state will not have to face financial constraints to get education. Because the education expenses of the students of the state will be borne by the Madhya Pradesh government.
This scheme will also prove to be effective in reducing the unemployment rate of the state. Apart from this, through this scheme, it will also help in reaching the fundamental right of education to all the children. Now the students of the state will not need to depend on anyone for their education expenses because they will be provided scholarship by the Madhya Pradesh government through the Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Shaikshanik Chatravritti Yojana.
Benefits and Features of MP Shram Kalyan Shaikshanik Chatravriti Yojana
- Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Shaikshanik Chatravritti Yojana has been started by Madhya Pradesh Labor Welfare Board.
- Through this scheme, scholarship will be provided to the children of laborers to get education.
- All those workers who are working in a factory or institution established in Madhya Pradesh under the Labor Welfare Fund Act 1982, only the children of those workers are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.
- Through this scheme, scholarship will be provided to the students studying in graduation, post graduation, ITI, polytechnic etc. from class 5th to class 12th.
- The amount of scholarship has already been determined for each class.
- Only two children of a family are also eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.
- The scholarship amount will be disbursed into the student’s account through e-payment.
- The payment of this amount will be provided through the Regional Office after the approval of the Welfare Commissioner.

Eligibility of Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Shaikshanik Chatravritti Yojana
- Applicant should be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- Applicant’s parents should be working in a factory or institution established in Madhya Pradesh under Labor Welfare Fund Act 1982.
- Only 2 children of a family are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.
- Children of officers and employees with managerial abilities working in institutions are not eligible to get the benefit of this scheme.

Application and selection process under Madhya Pradesh Labor Welfare Educational Scheme
- To get the benefit of Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Shiksha Yojana, online application will be made by the student in the prescribed form.
- The print of this form will be taken out by the student.
- After which the application form will be uploaded on the portal by getting the student’s own signature on the form, parent’s signature, the principal/principal’s signature of the educational institution and the manager of the factory/institution/establishment.
- Along with the application form, the marksheet of the class passed by the student, bank passbook and photocopy of Aadhar card will also be uploaded on the portal.
- All the applications submitted by the student will be verified by the Regional Incharge/Officer as per the prescribed parameters.
- After verification, all the eligible students will be approved.
- The amount of scholarship will be decided and paid by the Welfare Commissioner.
