Mukhyamantri Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana has been started by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh to provide a good life to the children of labor family. Under this scheme, financial assistance will be provided by the government to provide education to the orphans and children of laborers of UP. Under this scheme, Rs 1000 per month will be provided to the boys of the state and Rs 1200 per month to the girls by the state government.

Selection Process of UP Bal Shramik Vidya Yojana
- Under the Uttar Pradesh Mukhyamantri Bal Shramik Vidya Yojna, children will be identified by the officials of the Labor Department in the survey/inspection, by Gram Panchayats, Local Bodies, Childline or School Management Committee.
- If either the mother or the father or both are suffering from any incurable disease then their children will be given priority for selection. For this priority, a certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer will have to be produced.
- The 2011 census list will be used for the selection of landless households and women headed households.
- After approval of selection of each beneficiary it will be uploaded on the e-tracking system.
