UP Shishu Hitlabh Yojana 2024

Recently, the Uttar Pradesh government has launched the UP Shishu Hitlabh Yojana. Through this scheme, nutritious food will be arranged for the newborn child of the workers. UP Shishu Hitlabh Yojana has been launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Through this scheme, arrangements will be made for nutritious food for the new born children of the workers registered under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. This arrangement will be made till the child completes 2 years of age. The benefit of this scheme will be provided to a maximum of two children of all the registered workers. Under this scheme, a lump sum amount will be provided by the government once a year at the rate of ₹ 10000 for a boy and ₹ 12000 for a girl child.

To get the benefits of this scheme, the beneficiary or any member of his family can submit the application form to the nearest Labor Department or Tehsildar of the concerned Tehsil or the concerned Development Block Office within 1 year of the delivery. To get the benefit of UP Shishu Hitlabh Yojana in the second year, it will be mandatory for the beneficiary to present a certificate that the concerned child is alive.

Objective of UP Shishu Hitlab Yojana

The state government has launched this scheme to provide financial assistance for the postnatal diet of the newborn baby of the registered labor citizens of the state. In brief, the Uttar Pradesh government will provide financial assistance of Rs 10,000 in case of a boy and Rs 12,000 in case of a girl, to the laboring citizens of the state under this scheme. As you are aware that there are many laborers in the state whose economic condition is not good. Because of which they are not able to take care of their newborn baby properly. After the introduction of UP Shishu Hitlab Yojana, the newborn baby will be able to be nurtured properly, this is the main goal of this scheme.

This scheme has been launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility of Uttar Pradesh Shishu Hitlab Yojana

First of all, it is mandatory for the applicant to be a permanent resident of the state of Uttar Pradesh.
The person applying under the scheme should be a laborer.
It is mandatory for a citizen to be registered under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
Only 2 newborns of the beneficiary labor family can get the benefit of this scheme.

Process to apply under UP Shishu Hitlab Yojana
