Keeping this in mind, the Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumihin Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana has been launched by the Chhattisgarh government. Financial assistance will be provided to agricultural laborers through Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Nyay Yojana.

Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Nyay Yojana has been launched by the Chhattisgarh government. Financial assistance will be provided to the landless agricultural labor families through this scheme. This financial assistance will be of ₹ 6000 per year. Under this scheme, financial assistance will be provided in the form of grant by identifying the agricultural laborer family. The implementation of this scheme will be done through the Commissioner / Director Land Records at the state level and the District Collector at the district level. This assistance amount will be provided to the head of the family. To get the benefit of this scheme, you have to register yourself on the official website.

After the death of the head of the family, it will be mandatory to submit a new application by the said family. Under this scheme, an amount of ₹ 6000 will be provided annually, this amount will be provided to the head of the family in the form of grant-in-aid in two installments. Under this scheme, the amount of assistance will be transferred to the head of the family through direct benefit transfer.

Launch of Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Nyay Scheme

The government has announced to give ₹6000 per year to the landless farmers of Chhattisgarh. To start which former Congress National President and MP Rahul Gandhi will come to Raipur. The program for the launch of this scheme will be organized at Science College Ground. Rahul Gandhi will be the chief guest in this program. His invitation has been sent by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. About 5 lakh farmers will get the benefit of this scheme. Through this scheme, an amount of ₹ 6000 will be provided annually to the landless farmers of Chhattisgarh.

• Rural landless agricultural laborers of the state will be able to get the benefit of this scheme. Landless farmers and laborers are already registered under this scheme and on the occasion of Republic Day, the amount of first installment will be released by the Chief Minister under this scheme.
• Under this scheme in three installments, an amount of ₹ 6000 will be provided in a year. All those farmers who do not have even 1 decimil of land, such people will be identified.
• This scheme was started on 1st September and till 30th November the registration process was conducted under this scheme. About 10 lakh landless farmers and laborers will be able to get the benefit of the scheme. The amount of benefit under this scheme will be distributed directly to the beneficiary’s account.

Implementation of Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Nyay Yojana

The implementation of this scheme will be done through the Commissioner / Director Land Records at the state level and the District Collector at the district level. Firstly all the eligible beneficiaries will register themselves on the portal. After registration, the Gram Panchayat wise list will be prepared by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat. This list will be verified by the official from the Bhuiya records. It will also be ensured in the verification that agricultural land is not available in the name of the mother or father of the head of any landless agricultural family. The head of all such landless agricultural families, whose agricultural land is available in the name of their parents, will not be provided the benefit of this scheme.

After this, the list of beneficiaries will be presented by the Gram Panchayat in front of the Gram Sabha for objection. After redressal of claim objection, the eligible family will be linked to this scheme and the ineligible family will be excluded from this scheme. Then the list will be uploaded on the portal. This list will be prepared by the collector at the district level. The final list will be prepared within 4 months from the date of commencement of the registration process. Any kind of addition or modification can also be done in the final list.

• Applicant should be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
• Applicant should be landless.
• The person who does not have any agricultural land and has to do manual labor for his livelihood is eligible for this scheme.
• No member of the applicant’s family should also own agricultural land.
• If the head of the family has agricultural land in the name of the mother or father and in the coming time that agricultural land will be available to the head of the family, then in this situation that person is not eligible to take advantage of this scheme.
• If the head of the family has residential land then he can get the benefit of this scheme.
• It is mandatory for the beneficiary to register on the official portal to get the benefits of this scheme.
• In the event of the death of the head of the family, it is mandatory to file a fresh application by the family.
• If any person got the benefit of this scheme by providing wrong information, then the amount provided from that person will be recovered as arrears of land revenue.

• Present or former member of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha.
• Present or former member of the State Legislative Assembly or Council.
• Present or former President of Zila Panchayat.
• Urban area families.
• Persons who have worked in PSUs and Autonomous Bodies as officers or employees.
• Outsourcing or daily wage workers.
• Persons who hold or were constitutional office.
• A person who has served or used to serve as an employee or officer in any Ministry or Department or Office of the Central Government, State Government.

• Now you have to attach all the important documents.
• After this, you have to go to the concerned department with your application form.
• In this way you will be able to apply under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhumihin Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana.
• The acknowledgment of the application can be obtained from the Gram Panchayat Secretary.
• Aadhar number is mandatory for applying. If a beneficiary does not have an Aadhaar number, then he/she will be encouraged to register for the Aadhaar card.
• The process of registration will be done by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat.
• If there is any kind of error in the bank details, then in this situation correct information will be obtained from the beneficiary family within 15 days.
