Dr. Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojana is operated by Haryana, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare Department. Under this scheme, a one-time financial assistance of ₹ 80000 is provided to the SC / BPL card holders for the renovation and repair of their house. Earlier, under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 50000 was provided for repairs, but now the government has increased it to ₹ 80000 in view of the inflationary period. In the initial phase, financial assistance was provided only to the Scheduled Caste citizens through this scheme. But later by amending this scheme, BPL card holders are also provided the benefit of the scheme. This financial assistance is transferred by the government to the bank account of the beneficiary. Therefore it is mandatory for the beneficiary to have a bank account which is linked with the Aadhar card.

Under the Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Scheme, eligible applicants can apply through online mode by visiting the Haryana Saral Portal. This scheme is working as a lifeblood in the lives of SC and BPL card holder families of the state and bringing a positive change in their lifestyle.

The main objective of starting Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojana in Haryana is to provide financial assistance to the scheduled caste and BPL card holder families of the state for the renovation of their old houses. This financial assistance is of ₹ 80000 which is transferred by the department in a lump sum to their bank account. There are lakhs of families belonging to economically weaker sections and belonging to scheduled castes in the state whose houses are in need of renovation and repair. But he is unable to get the renovation and repair work done due to lack of money and he has to spend his life living in such a dilapidated house. But now Dr. Through Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojana, all such families will be able to get their house repaired easily by getting financial assistance of ₹ 80000 in grant.

Benefits and Features of Ambedkar Awas Navikaran Yojana

• Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Scheme has been started by Haryana Government.
• The benefit of this scheme is given to the scheduled caste and BPL card holders living below the poverty line.
• Earlier only the families belonging to Scheduled Castes were benefitted under this scheme. But later this scheme was amended to include BPL card holders also to provide benefits of the scheme.
• Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided by the state government to the eligible families in the form of grant for the repair of their 10 year old house.
• This financial assistance is of ₹ 80000 which is transferred by the government in a lump sum to the bank account of the beneficiary.
• In the initial phase, financial assistance of ₹ 50000 was provided under this scheme for renovation and repair of the house but later it was increased to ₹ 80000.
• To take advantage of Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojana, the applicant has to login to the Haryana Saral Portal and apply.

Eligibility under Haryana Ambedkar Housing Navinikaran Scheme

• It is mandatory for the applicant to be a permanent resident of Haryana.
• SC and BPL cards are eligible to apply under this scheme.
• The applicant should not have previously received grant under any government department or scheme for repair or renovation of his residence.
• The concerned house should have been constructed at least 10 years ago or more than that.
• The house for which the applicant is applying for repair/renewal should be his own owner i.e. the applicant can apply for his own house only.

Application process under Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Scheme

• First of all you have to go to Saral Portal of Haryana https://saralharyana.gov.in/.
• On the homepage of the portal, you have to login by entering the login credentials.
• If you are not registered on the portal then you have to register by clicking on the link New user? Register here.

• Now after login you will see the link of the respective scheme on the portal. Click on the link to apply.
• After this the application form will open in front of you.

• Fill all the important information asked in this form carefully and upload the required documents.
• After uploading all the required documents you have to pay the fee online.
• After that you have to click on the submit button.
• In this way you can make your application under Ambedkar Awas Navinikaran Yojana.

Note– You have to pay a fee of ₹ 30 for the application.

• First of all you have to go to Saral Portal of Haryana.
• On the homepage of the website, you have to click on the link of Track Your Application / Appeal.

• Now a new page will open in front of you.
• On this page, you have to enter the information of department, service and reference id etc.
• After this you have to click on the button of Check Status.
• Now all the details related to the application form will be open in front of you.
• In this way you can track the status of your application form.
