But now the government has developed a new portal to apply for the awards given for outstanding work in all these fields at one place. Whose name is National Award Portal.

Rashtriya Puraskar Portal has been developed by the Government of India. All the awards of various ministries, departments and agencies of the government have been brought on a single platform through this portal. That is, now the nominations for all the awards of various ministries, departments and agencies will be invited through this single portal. DC Partha Gupta has informed that the application process for 14 National Awards has been started on this portal. Individuals or organizations can apply for these 14 awards on the National Award Portal with the prescribed eligibility. This portal will ensure transparency and public participation in the country. Because now this portal is providing facility to all citizens or organizations to nominate individuals or organizations for many awards given by the Government of India on a single platform.

Objective of National Awards Portal

The main objective of developing this portal is to facilitate citizens to nominate individuals or organizations for the established awards of various Ministries, Departments and Agencies of the Government of India. All the awards of various Ministries/Departments/Agencies will be brought under a single digital platform through the National Awards Portal. To ensure transparency and public participation. • First of all you have to go to the official website of the portal https://awards.gov.in/.
• Now you will see many awards present on the home page.
• Click on the award for which you want to nominate.
• After this a new page will open in front of you, here you have to click on the Nominate / Apply Now option.

• Now a login form will open in front of you.
• If you are already registered on the portal then login by providing your login details or you have to register first after that you have to login with your login details.
• After login successfully you can make nomination
