Tamil Nadu Free Laptop Scheme 2024

TN Free Laptop Scheme has been launched by Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami for the students who recently passed the 10th or 12th standard examination. The online application form filling procedure will commence very soon.

A budget of 1800 crores has been set by the government for this scheme. Students who have recently passed class X and XII can apply for TN Free Laptop Scheme registration. Interested students who want to apply under this scheme can apply through online system. Under this scheme, one must have minimum 65% marks to get a laptop. Along with this, students doing polytechnic and ITI are also eligible for this scheme, and the state government has also told that a target has been set to provide free laptops to 1.5 million students under this scheme.

Objective of Free Laptop Scheme

We know that there are many students in our country who are unable to buy laptops because of their financial condition. In such a situation, students are unable to study online in today’s time, due to which they are also facing a lot of loss in the field of studies. In view of this problem, Tamil Nadu Free Laptop Scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

The main objective of the TN Free Laptop Scheme launched by the government is that free laptops will be provided to advance the field of education. Through this scheme free laptops will be provided to the students of class X and XII, so that they can get their education in a better way. Also Through this scheme students will be encouraged to score good marks. Through the Free Laptop Scheme, students will be able to study with a laptop and also get a job.

• Through TN Free Laptop Scheme , laptops will be provided free of cost to the 10th and 12th class students of the state.
