Assam Mukhyamantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana 2024

Mukhyamantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana registration process has been started by the Government of Assam on mmlsay.assam.gov.in portal. The new scheme, Ayushman Assam – MMLSAY, aims to benefit the employees and pensioners of the Assam state government.

MMLSAY or Mukhyamantri Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana is a cashless health insurance program and the current reimbursement scheme for state government employees and pensioners will be replaced by this scheme. To avail the benefits of this scheme, the user will first have to register at the district kiosk.

Chief Minister Public Service Arogya Yojana Registration for Employees

• First of all go to the official website https://mmlsay.assam.gov.in/.
• Once you reach the homepage, click on the “Click Here” button under the ‘Beneficiary Login/Registration‘ section.

• Select employment type as employee or pensioner. As we are mentioning the process of MMLSAY registration of employees here, so we select the beneficiary as an employee.

• Select an option (PAN Number or PPAN Number or GPF Number) to validate MMLSAY account for employees.

• For example – We have selected the PAN number option to validate the account. So enter your PAN number, mobile number and proceed.

• After this enter all the asked details correctly and click on “Submit” button to complete the process of MMLSAY registration as an employee.
• On completion of registration, applicants can login to MMLSAY as employee beneficiary.

Chief Minister Lok Sevak Arogya Yojana Registration for Pensioners

• First of all go to the official website https://mmlsay.assam.gov.in/.
• Once you reach the homepage, click on the “Click Here” button under the ‘Beneficiary Login/Registration‘ section.

• Select employment type as employee or pensioner. As we are mentioning here the process of MMLSAY registration of pensioners, so we select the beneficiary as pensioner.

• Select an option (PAN Number or PPO Number) to validate MMLSAY account for pensioners.

• For example – You have chosen PAN number option to validate the account. So enter your PAN number, mobile number and proceed.

• After this enter all the asked details correctly and click on “Submit” button to complete the process of MMLSAY registration as a pensioner.
• On completion of registration, applicants can login to MMLSAY as pensioner beneficiary.

MMLSAY Officer Login

• First of all go to the official website https://mmlsay.assam.gov.in/.
• Once you reach the homepage, you will see a section for MMLSAY officials login as shown here.

Chief Minister Public Service Health Scheme Eligibility

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam state.
• The applicant must be an employee of Assam State Government.
• Family members of the applicant are also eligible for MMLSAY benefits.
• As a pensioner, the applicant is also eligible for the MMLSY Assam Scheme.
• Ineligible are applicants who have previously participated in other government programs.

• Aadhar card
• Address proof
• Pan card number
• PPAN Number, GPF Number (Only for Employees)
• PPO Number (only for pensioners)
• Bank details
• Active mobile number
• Passport size photograph of applicants
