Bihar Mukhyamantri Bal Sahayata Yojana 2024

A similar scheme has also been started by the Bihar government. Whose name is Bihar Mukhyamantri Bal Sahayata Yojana. Through this scheme, all those children whose parents have died due to corona virus infection will be provided financial assistance.

Bihar Mukhyamantri Bal Sahayata Yojana has been started on 30 May 2021 by the Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Nitish Kumar. Through this scheme, financial and residential assistance will be provided to those children whose parents have died or one of the parents has died due to corona virus infection. Financial assistance of ₹ 1500 will be provided to all such children till they attain the age of 18 years. Apart from this, all the children who do not have guardians will also be looked after through the Children’s Home. Orphan girls will be provided enrollment in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Residential School.

Purpose of Mukhyamantri Bal Sahayata Yojana
The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the children orphaned due to corona virus infection so that they can overcome the financial crisis. Now due to this scheme, children will not need to depend on others for their maintenance. With the financial assistance received through this scheme, they will become self-reliant and their standard of living will also improve. Along with this, through Mukhyamantri Bal Sahayata Yojana, residential facility will also be provided to those children who do not have guardians so that housing facility can be provided to the homeless children.
