Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana 2024

Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana has been launched by the Government of Rajasthan in the year 2016-17. Through this scheme, efforts will be made to develop positive thinking in the society towards the girl child. Apart from this, the health and educational level of the girl child will also be improved. The benefit of this scheme will be provided to the girl child born on or after June 1, 2016.

Financial assistance of ₹ 50000 will be provided to the girl child through this scheme. This financial assistance will be provided to the girl child in 6 installments. This scheme will prove to be effective in the holistic development of the girl child. Apart from this, financial assistance will also be provided through this scheme if the girl child takes admission in various classes. So that the citizens of the state will be encouraged to educate the girl child. This scheme will also provide the right of equality to the girl child in the society.

Purpose of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana

The main objective of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana is to develop positive thinking towards the girl child in the society. To ensure holistic development of the girl child. Apart from this, through this scheme, to prevent link discrimination in the matter of upbringing, education and health of the girl child and better education and health of the girl child will also be ensured. This scheme will also prove to be effective in reducing maternal mortality rate by promoting institutional migration. Apart from this, through this scheme, the girl child mortality rate will come down and the sex ratio will improve. Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana will also ensure enrollment and stay in girl’s schools and will give equal rights to the girl child in the society.

Financial assistance under Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana

• An amount of ₹ 2500 will be provided by the State Medical and Health Department to the parents of a girl child born in authorized private medical institutions for institutional delivery. This amount will be provided under Janani Suraksha Yojana.
• An amount of ₹ 2500 will be provided in the name of the girl child after the girl child completes one year.
• On taking admission in the first class of any government school, an amount of ₹ 4000 will be provided to the girl child.
• On taking admission in class 6th of any government school, an amount of ₹ 5000 will be provided to the girl child.
• Apart from this, an amount of ₹ 11000 will be provided in the name of the girl child if she takes admission in class 10 in any government school.
• If the girl passes the 12th class, then in this situation an amount of ₹ 25000 Rai will be provided to the girl.

Some important guidelines related to Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana

• After completing 1 year of the girl child’s age, after making sure the vaccination online, the amount of benefit will be transferred by the Medical and Health Department to the bank account of the parent or guardian.
• For which the unique ID number will be provided at the time of birth of the girl child.
• There is no need to apply for getting 1st and 2nd installment.
• The second installment will be provided after uploading Maternal Child Health Work or Mamta Card issued by the Medical and Health Department as a proof of vaccination.
• The benefit of the first and second installment will be provided to the girl child by the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department as per the presently operated Shubh Laxmi Yojana.
• The amount of the third installment will be provided after the girl child takes admission in the first class. The online application in the prescribed format for receiving the third installment will be done through EMitra or Atal Seva Kendra or other available options.
• Along with the application, it is mandatory to upload a copy of the mother child protection card, certificate of admission in the school, and a copy of all the declarations related to two children.
• All the online applications received will be accepted by the Program Officer.
• The benefit amount will be transferred online in the beneficiary’s account.
• To get fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh under this scheme, application has to be made in the prescribed format.
• It will be mandatory to upload a copy of the certificate of admission to the school along with the application.
• Apart from this, after passing class 12th, it will be mandatory to upload a copy of the end table along with the application.
• The administrative department of Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana will be the Women and Child Development Department.
• The review of this scheme will be done by the concerned District Collector once in every month.
• For the successful operation of this scheme, guidelines will be issued by the state government from time to time and the guidelines will be amended.

Eligibility of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana

• All those girls who were born on or after 1st June 2016 will be given the benefit of this scheme.
• It is mandatory for the parents of the beneficiary to have Aadhar or Bhamashah card. If the parents of the beneficiary do not have Aadhar or Bhamashah card at the time of the first installment, then in that case the benefit of the first installment will be provided on the basis of institutional delivery. But before taking advantage of the second installment, it is necessary to provide a copy of Aadhar and Bhamashah card.
• Only the native residents of Rajasthan are eligible to get the benefit of this scheme. All such deliveries whose institutional delivery has taken place outside the state and have received the benefit of Janani Suraksha Yojana, then it is mandatory to present the certificate of live birth of the girl child. In this situation, the benefit of this scheme will be payable from the Government Medical Institute having native jurisdiction. Benefit of this scheme will not be provided to the out-of-state maternity.
• The benefit of the first and second installment will be provided to all the girls born in institutional delivery.
• The benefit of the third and subsequent installments will be limited to a maximum of two living institutions in a family.
• Apart from this, in addition to the first two installments, the benefit of other installments will be provided to only those girls whose number of living institutions in the family will not be more than 2.
• In case of the death of a girl child of the parent who has received the benefit of one or two installments, the number of dead girl child out of the total surviving children of such parent shall be reduced and such parent shall be entitled to receive the benefit of one girl child. And if she takes birth then she will be eligible for the benefit.
• To get the benefit of the first installment, it will be necessary to take birth from the proposal in private medical institutions authorized for institutional delivery by the State and Medical and Health Department.
• The benefit of the second installment will be provided on the basis of all vaccinations as per the Maternal Child Health Card or Mamta Card issued by the Medical and Health Department.
• Efforts will also be made to connect all the first installment beneficiary girls with the Anganwadi Center through Integrated Child Development Services.
• The next installment of the scheme will be provided now when the amount of other installments has been received by the beneficiary in the past.
• The benefit of this scheme will be provided to the girl child only if she is educated at each stage in the educational institutions run by the state government.
