Family Pension Scheme is a new program specially designed for government employees. This scheme was launched by the Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare. As the name suggests, this program is for the family members of government employees. After the death of a government employee, pension is paid to his family. However, in certain circumstances, the pension will not be paid if the family is found guilty of the person’s murder.

The family pension scheme has been launched only for government employees, and the beneficiaries are only their adult children. The family members who will be benefited from this scheme can be their wife or husband only for their children. A person entitled to pension should not be found guilty of murder of that person. So he will not get pension. For example, if the wife is found guilty, she will not benefit from the pension money, but the children.
