Self-reliant Skilled Employer Mapping or Aseem Portal is a platform that will act as an employment exchange. On which skilled employees and employers can create their profile by applying online. With the help of which employees can find jobs for themselves and recruiters can find employees for their company. The ASEEM Portal has been launched by the Skill Employment Ministry of India in association with the National Skill Employment Corporation. Through this portal, the central government will provide employees to the companies and provide jobs to the employees. So that the economic condition of the employees will improve and the employers will not have to face the problem of labor shortage.

Purpose of Aseem Portal

The main objective of the Aseem portal is to provide employment opportunities to all the unemployed people and to solve the problem of labor shortage of the employers. Employees and employers can create their profiles on the ASEEM portal. Through which employees will easily get employment according to their skills.
