HP Mukhyamantri Shodh Protsahan Yojana 2024

In Himachal Pradesh, the state cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on September 5, 2022 has given green signal to start Mukhyamantri Shodh Protsahan Yojana. Under this scheme, research scholar youth will be given fellowship in the form of incentive amount of ₹ 3000 ( ₹ 36000 every year) every month for 3 years from the date of registration. So that youth doing quality research work in different areas of the state can be encouraged for their efforts and research work.

This scheme will save the research students in the state from financial crunch while doing research and encourage them to keep innovating. Through Mukhyamantri Shodh Protsahan Yojana, more than 1200 research scholars will be provided fellowship. In which all the expenses will be borne by the state government itself.

Purpose of Mukhyamantri Shodh Protsahan Yojana

The main objective of implementing this scheme in the state is to encourage research students to do quality research and keep innovating in different areas of the state. To encourage them, they will be given fellowship under Himachal Pradesh Research Promotion Scheme for 3 years from the date of registration. This fellowship will be given to him at Rs 3000 per month and Rs 36000 annually. Through Mukhyamantri Shodh Protsahan Yojana, students doing research by getting financial assistance in the form of fellowship every month will avoid the coming financial crisis.

Due to which the researcher will be free from worry and concentrate on the research work. And you will be able to complete your research work in a better way. Let us tell you that fellowship is a kind of financial assistance which is provided to the student doing research on a particular subject after the completion of postgraduate degree.
