But so that the manufacturing companies do not suffer, the government has given time till December 31, 2022 to use the consumption of old bags of fertilizers.

Chemicals and Fertilizers Minister Mandaviya ji has informed that the central government gives subsidy of 80% of the retail price of urea to the farmers. Similarly subsidizes 65% on DAP price, 55% on MPK price, and 31% on Potash price. Apart from this, 6000-9000 crore rupees are spent annually by the government on the transportation of fertilizers. He further said that at present many companies sell fertilizers under different names. By sending them from one state to another, not only does the transportation cost increase, but there is also a problem in providing fertilizers and manure to the farmers at the right time.
Therefore, now the fertilizers subsidized by the Central Government One Nation One Fertilizer will be launched in the market under the same brand name. This brand is “Bharat Brand”. Due to which increasing prices of subsidized fertilizers, black marketing and rigging will be stopped and farmers will be able to get fertilizers and fertilizers at the right time at low prices.

Purpose of One Nation One Fertilizer Scheme
The main objective of implementing One Nation One Fertilizer is to make available the fertilizers and fertilizers subsidized by the Central Government in the name of Bharat Brand at a low cost.
