The Prime Minister of the country Modi has given a big gift to the youth on the occasion of Diwali. Prime Minister Narendra Modi Employment Fair has been launched to provide employment to the youth on 22 October 2022, the day of Dhanteras. Employment will be provided to 10 lakh people through PM Modi Rojgar Mela. In the first phase of Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Mela, 75000 youth will be appointed.

PM Modi Rojgar Mela will be started by the Prime Minister on 22 October 2022 to provide employment to unemployed youth. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the employment fair through video conferencing. A plan has been made to provide government jobs to 10 lakh people through employment fair. In the first phase of this campaign, 75,000 youth will be given appointment letters. Whose appointments will be made in different government ministries and departments. All the vacant posts will be filled by the government through this campaign in 18 months. Selected youths from across the country will be appointed in 38 ministries and departments of the Government of India under the employment fair.

These employees will join 38 departments

The employees who will be given appointment letters as soon as the PM Modi Employment Fair starts on October 22. They will be appointed separately in 38 Ministries and Departments of the Government of India. The appointed citizens will be appointed in Group A, Group B (Gazetted), Group B (Non-Gazetted) and Group C. Under this scheme, the following posts will be appointed. like-

• Central Armed Forces Personnel
• Sub Inspector
• Constable
• LDC
• Steno
• PA
• Income Tax Inspector
• MTS etc.

Apart from this, recruitment will be done through Staff Selection Commission (SSC) concerned ministry, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Railway Recruitment Board. Instructions have been given to recruit 10 lakh in mission mode in all government departments and ministries in one and a half years. Which will create new hope and confidence in the youth. The job fair will be an important step towards fulfilling the Prime Minister’s continuous commitment to provide information on employment opportunities to the youth and ensure the welfare and future of the citizens.

Objective of PM Rojgar Mela

The main objective of the employment fair being started by the Prime Minister is to provide employment to the youth of the country and to fill the vacant posts. Under the employment fair, selected youths from all over the country will be appointed separately in 38 ministries and departments of the Government of India. The newly appointed employees will join the Central Government at various levels. Recruitment will be done on 10 lakh posts. Due to which employment will increase in the country and unemployment rate will decrease. The future of the youth will be bright and they will be able to serve the nation by being self-reliant.

Recruitment is being done through agencies

These recruitments will be done by the ministry and department under the Pradhan Mantri Rojgar Mela or under this scheme youth will be recruited by themselves or by agencies like UPSC, SSC and Railway Recruitment Board. The Prime Minister has said that the selection process has been simplified for faster recruitment. And made technically competent as well. The vacancies of the Ministries and Departments of the Center are being filled through the Railway Recruitment Board in UPSC, SSC. Recruitment will be done through cancellation of weekly leave of officers. To fulfill this mission, work is also going on in government departments. For which the weekly off of officers in many departments has also been cancelled.
