Chief Government Secretary of Rajasthan State, Shreya Guha ji has started Sahakar Gram Awas Yojana for farmers to construct houses on their farms. Through this scheme, the state government will provide loans up to Rs 50 lakh to all eligible farmers through cooperative banks, which will be provided to the beneficiary farmers in three installments.
On which the beneficiary farmers will have to pay only 6% interest. But if a farmer gets a loan under this scheme and repays it on time, then the state government will also provide him a subsidy on 5% interest. Any farmer residing in Rajasthan state can take a loan for a period of 15 years under Rajasthan Sahakar Gram Awas Yojana. By getting benefits through Sahakar Gram Awas Yojana, the economic condition of the farmers will improve and their income will also increase.
