In order to provide benefits of government schemes along with food items to the citizens of the state, an online portal has been launched by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to create a special ID for every family in the state. A unique UP Family ID will be issued to every family under the One Family One Identity scheme by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Families deprived of employment will be selected on the basis of database obtained from Uttar Pradesh One Family One Identity Family ID and employment opportunities will be made available to them on priority basis. Apart from this, the benefits of all the schemes run in the state will be easily available through the Family ID. Uttar Pradesh Family ID will act as a ration card for the family.

An online portal has been started by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, to create Family ID – One Family One Identity. Under UP Family ID, now the citizens of the state will easily be able to take advantage of government schemes. Free and cheap ration can also be obtained through this portal. Those families who do not have ration card available, those families can get their ID made with the help of this portal. Uttar Pradesh Family ID has been specially started for such a family which is not eligible for the National Fertilizer Security Scheme i.e. those who do not have a ration card. Necessary guidelines for making UP family ID

Any citizen of the state can apply online on the Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pehchan portal.
People can also apply for making family ID in the village secretariats which have been facilitated.
The applicant will have to pay a fee of Rs 30 for applying from public service centers.
Verification of UP Family ID application will be like e-district portal.
The verification of family members for Parivar ID will be done by the Deputy District Magistrate Lekhpal in urban areas.
In rural areas the verification of family and family members will be done through Block Development Officer concerned Gram Panchayat Officer or Village Development Officer.

Eligibility for UP Family ID

The applicant for Uttar Pradesh Parivar ID must be a native of Uttar Pradesh.
Citizens of all categories of the state will be eligible to get the benefit of UP Family ID.
Every member of the family whose age is 18 years will be eligible for registration of UP Family ID.
The citizens of the state who do not have a ration card or do not want to have a ration card can register for the UP Family ID card.

How to register for UP Family ID?

First of all you have to visit the official website of Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pehchan https://familyid.up.gov.in/portal/index.html.
On the home page, you have to click on the option of Registration.

On clicking, the registration form will open in front of you.
Now you have to enter your name and mobile number in this form.
After this you have to click on the option of Send OTP.
Now OTP will come on your mobile number. From which you have to enter OTP in the box.
In the end, you have to enter the captcha code and click on the submit option.
In this way you can successfully register for UP Family ID.

How to check Uttar Pradesh Family ID Application Status?

First of all you have to visit the official website of Family ID – Ek Parivar Ek Pehchan https://familyid.up.gov.in/portal/index.html.
On the home page, you have to click on the option of Track Application Status at the bottom.

After this a new page will open in front of you.
Now you have to enter your Application Number on this page.
After this you have to click on the option of Show Update Status.
As soon as you click, the status of your application will appear in front of you.
