The Chief Minister Shato Udyami Sarathi Yojana has been implemented by the Haryana Government. Through this scheme, financial assistance will be given to the financially weak people. Haryana Mukhyamantri Shato Udyami Sarathi Yojana has been announced by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar. In this scheme, a person will be selected, who will understand the problems faced by the people of the village and solve them. Such a chosen person will be called a charioteer.
One educated person will be selected for 100 families in every village. This educated person will explain to the people about the jobs being run by the government. So that no one has any problem while working. If there is any problem then this chosen person will solve it. This scheme has been announced so that the people of backward classes should be provided employment. So that their economy will improve and they will be able to become self-reliant.
These charioteer will take care of the people that they are using the loan money properly. 5-5 volunteers or retired people will be engaged as charioteer on 100 families taking government assistance, so that no one leaves their work in the middle and further their employment.

The main objective of Mukhyamantri Shato Udyami Sarathi Yojana to be launched in the state of Haryana is to make the poor people of the state self-reliant. Many times, under the schemes launched by the government, poor people start their business by taking loans. But they do not have knowledge of business, due to which they suffer loss. In such a situation, the government will help the economically weaker sections by starting the Chief Minister Shato Udyami Sarathi Yojana.

To take advantage of Mukhyamantri Shato Udyami Sarathi Yojana, any person should have the following qualifications –
- All the families should be residents of Haryana State.
- The family should be included in the economically weaker section.
- The annual income should be 1.80 lakhs or less.
