Under the MP Free Laptop Yojana, students who pass the 12th class examination conducted by Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education with good marks will be provided financial assistance of ₹ 25000 by the Madhya Pradesh government to buy laptops. MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan ji has provided information about Madhya Pradesh Laptop Scheme through Twitter. Along with an incentive of ₹ 25000, a citation will also be provided by the MP government to the top performing students. Both regular and self-study students can take advantage of this scheme. Through this Madhya Pradesh Laptop Yojana, students will get a lot of help in their studies and they will be able to learn new things through computer.

Keeping this in mind, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has started MP Free Laptop Yojana. Madhya Pradesh Laptop Scheme Eligibility
- To take advantage of this scheme, it is mandatory for the applicant to be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- Only government school students will be eligible under the Madhya Pradesh laptop Scheme.
- To take advantage of this scheme, the annual income of the applicant’s family should be ₹ 600000 or less.
- Under the Madhya Pradesh Laptop Scheme, students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will have to secure a minimum of 75% marks and the students of general category will have to score minimum 85% marks.
- To apply under Madhya Pradesh Free Laptop Yojana, it is mandatory for you to be a student of Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education.
- You can apply in this scheme only when you have passed the 12th board examination with good marks.
