The Mukhyamantri Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana has been launched by the Bihar government. Under this scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 1000 will be provided to unemployed youth and girls who have passed class 12th from 20 to 25 years. This scheme will prove to be effective in improving the economic condition of the citizens of the state. Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana

Applicant should be a permanent resident of Bihar.
Applicant age should be 20 to 25 years.
To get the benefit of this scheme, the applicant should not be self-employed.
The applicant should not get any kind of government or non-government employment.
The applicant should not have received any allowance or scholarship or student credit card or education loan or assistance of any kind from any other source.
To get the benefit of this scheme, the applicant should be a permanent resident of the district of Bihar state in which he has submitted the application to the registration center.
Applicant should have passed 12th class from recognized institute.
The applicant should not have completed higher education.
To get the benefit of this scheme, the applicant will have to compulsorily get the training of language communication and basic computer knowledge conducted by the Labor Resources Department.
The amount of the last 5 months of allowance provided under this scheme will not be provided until the applicant has successfully submitted the certificate of training.

Process of acceptance of application under Mukhyamantri Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana

After submission of the application by the beneficiaries, the application will be scrutinized at the back office.
After this the application will be sent online to the District Planning Officer.
The application will be sent online by the District Planning Officer to the Project Management Unit constituted at the state level to send the amount to the account of the beneficiaries.
The amount of benefit will be distributed in the account of the beneficiary only by the Project Management Unit.
Apart from this, a copy of the application will be sent online on the portal of Labor Resources Department for training of skilled youth.
The education department will first check and verify the facts related to the educational institution, course etc. mentioned in the applications received for student credit card.

All those applications who do not have Aadhar card, a counter will be set up for Aadhar registration at the District Registration and Counseling Center.
The entire arrangement for Aadhaar registration will be done by the Rural Development Department.
Enrollment ID will be provided after registration. With this Enrollment ID one can apply for this scheme.
The benefit of this scheme will be provided only after the Aadhaar number is available.

Mukhyamantri Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana Infrastructure

For the implementation of the Mukhyamantri Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana, a District Registration and Counseling Center will be established in the district under the control of the District Officer.
The land for these centers will be made available by the district officer itself.
The building will be constructed by the Building Construction Department.
The supervision and monitoring of the construction work will be done by the District Officer.
The construction work of these centers will be completed by August 30, 2016.
Computer and other equipment will be supplied by Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Patna.
The District Registration and Counseling Center will work under the control of the District Officer.
These centers will be operated from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on working days.
