Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has planned UP Praveen Yojana 2024 with the joint efforts of the Education Department and Skill Development Mission. Under this scheme, certificate courses of Skill Development Mission will be conducted free of cost for the students studying in class 10th and 12th in the secondary schools of the state. Job ready skills will be developed in the students of government schools in the state through job vocational training. This means that students will be able to do this course during the working day while studying in class 10th and 12th.

Through UP Parveen Yojana, students will be given quality education along with secondary level education which develops skills and sense of national love. So that if for some reason they leave their education after 10th or 12th then they will have a certificate skill to get a job or employment.

Objective of UP Praveen Yojana

The main objective of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji to launch Praveen Yojana in the state is to conduct the certification course of Skill Development Mission for the students of class 10th and 12th of secondary schools while studying. So that if a student leaves his education midway due to any reason, he will have a skill certificate for employment in future. Through which he can get a better employment according to his skills.

Now through Praveen Yojana 2024 in the state, job ready skills of secondary school students will be developed through vocational training. So that they will be able to become self-reliant and empowered to get employment in the future. This scheme will provide training in 11 different trends to the students while studying which will promote skills among the students of the state.

UP Praveen Yojana Benefits and Features

• Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has created a unique concept of Praveen Yojana in Uttar Pradesh with the joint efforts of the Education Department and the Skill Development Mission.
• Under this scheme, certificate courses of Skill Development Mission will be conducted in government secondary schools of the state.
• These courses will be conducted for students studying in class 10th and 12th.
• The main objective of Uttar Pradesh Praveen Yojana 2024 is to provide a certified skill to the students who leave studies after 10th and 12th class to provide them employment.
• 150 schools will be selected under this scheme by the Secondary Education Department of UP.
• Two schools will be selected in each district of the state, one will be Higher Secondary Boys School and the other will be Higher Secondary Girls School.
• Through this scheme, students will be provided training in 11 different trades like IT, Electronics, Beauty and Wellness, ODOP, Retail, Automobile etc.
• By 2022-23, 21000 students from class 9th to class 12th will be benefited by providing skill training through this scheme.
• Yogi government’s decision to start this scheme is very commendable because through this, students will be able to get skill training as per their ability while getting education.

• The candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh state.
• Government secondary school students will be eligible to apply.
• Applicant must be a student of class 10th/12th.
